I'd love to find a good, calm, co-op game that just let me chill with friends and forget about this world for a while. There are some decent single player ones out there but for co-op or MMOs, there aren't any - at least, none that my friends play for various reasons.

Anyone got any suggestions?

Powerwash Sim has a co-op mode, if that's the sort of chill you're looking for

Honestly? Yes. Yes, that would be exactly up my alley - I was unaware of this and now I might be interested in the game.

It's on sale today, 20% off: https://store.steampowered.com/sub/449944/

I have it already so I can attest that it's really quite chill, and if you need a co-op friend for it, I'd potentially be down for that :D

You won't like my answer, but Diablo 4. Super chill with a group.

I don't dislike your answer. If Diablo 4 is a good game and something you enjoy, great, and I appreciate you letting me know it's chill. If the Microsoft takeover goes through and the sexual abusers are fired, I'd love to pick it up myself.

Its a legit MMO, so its got the grind, which works for me.

I'm partial to Minecraft or Stardew Valley. Both of which are very chill to play with friends.

I also ADORE Pumpkin Days. It's a farming sim ala Stardew Valley or Harvest Moon, canon queer rep (gay representation, nonbinary characters, etc), has a TON of animal companions, a decently spacious world, and an absolutely adorable art style. It's similar to Stardew in that you can play co-op or single player. The ONE downside is... well, it's an indie game, done by independent studios. It's 100% complete and playable, but... it feels like things are missing. You can see spaces where they left spots to add to the game, and just ran out of time and money. OTHERWISE IT IS AMAZING.

Idk, most games I own are single player, although that does not stop Enigma and Zuri and I playing games together - sometimes it's just being creative xD

I enjoy both, but I personally find Minecraft and Stardew not quite as chill w friends, since both of those games have a time element, and playing w friends means I can no longer pause. But that's just me I guess :D
