I had to start a new campaign on Stardeus with the electrical update. I will give them credit - that update really does make the game flow better with less hitching from having to recalculate all the electrical paths.
With that said, that game is dangerous. I launch it and suddenly all of my time disappears! ;D Anyone else have that feeling or just me?
Same happened to me, that game eats time.
It really does. I played it my entire work day and three hours afterward; just waiting for terraforming now and I get to experience the next half of the game.
Sweert. Looks like I hit end game by colonizing the planet; that was really fun! I know you can keep exploring and all of that but hitting that milestone was fantastic all on its own.
I look forward to doing some additional construction and fleshing out some of my ship's defenses and power generation without having to worry about that stasis pod thing. Since over 600 of my survivors lived after all the deductions, the colony is healthy (if small) and so I feel like I accomplished the game's goals nicely.
I'm waiting for the endgame update that allows cryogenics and multi-year travel.
See, that actually sounds awesome. I'd love to see them expand on that aspect; add something about empire building and not just a single colony.

This brings me joy. I love when good games get additional stuff to play around with - I do know there's more because the stasis capsule tech is still listed as unfinished, after all.
